How to Become a Consignor
The best way is to just drop in anytime during normal business hours; no appointment needed and there is no fee to be a consignor. Just do it!
Clothing Consignments – Just bring in your fabulously gently used clothing, shoes and accessories. Find up to 25 wonderful items in your closet clean them, make sure they are wrinkle free, hang them on hangers and wish them good luck so they sell for big bucks. The nicer the item looks when it comes in, the quicker it sells. Download the Agreement for Consigning form below; fill it out and bring it in with your clothes. OR we can give you a form when you come in to fill out. OR just ask us how to skip all this and become a Drop & Run Consignor.
Household Accessory & Furniture Consignment - Pick out up to 25 of your fabulous home accessory items, dust them, clean them and shine them up; inspect for chips or breaks. Download the same form. For furniture please send a photo to reloveit@aol.com, talk to Michael about a good time to bring it or make arrangements for pick-up.

IMPORTANT: All adult clothing items MUST BE ON HANGERS, (if you need hangers stop in and pick some up we have tons)
Children’s clothing should be hung or neatly folded.
Ensure all items are clean, wrinkle free, have no stains
and in like-new condition.

What to bring in when
August - January - We accept Fall and Winter clothing
February - July - We accept Spring and Summer clothing
Keep in mind if it is still 90 degrees in August sweaters aren't going to sell yet, or 40 degrees in March shoppers don't need shorts.
You should wait until the weather is appropriate for the items you want to consign so you make the most money.
Holiday items will be accepted eight weeks before the holiday
…and removed off the sales floor promptly after the holiday
All Year Long - We accept Furniture, Household items and Blue Jeans
Pricing your Items
We price the item, you can price the item, and as long as it gets priced everyone is happy. We base prices on supply and demand, we reserve the right to raise or lower the price in order to make a sale. We will try very hard to get the best possible price for you.
Commission Amounts
Clothing you receive 45% of the sale price; Furniture and Household items you receive 50% of the sale price
How you get paid
We write checks on the 15th of the month for the previous two months' sales for any amount over $20.00. Make a note of check writing months: January, March, May, July, September and November. You may drop in anytime after the 15th of those months to pick up your check.
Consignment Timeline
We will display your clothing for two (2) months. They will be at full price for the first month and then the selling price will be reduced by 25% for the last month.
We will display your furniture and household items for three (3) months and the selling price will be reduced by 25% for the last month.
Any unsold items will be picked up by you within one week of the end of the consignment period or donated to charity.
We reserve the right to remove an item from the sales floor if it is not selling even before the consignment period expires.
What to do at the end of the Consignment Period
We do not call you, email you, snail mail a letter to you or even shout out the window to let you know you’re consignment period is has ended. You must keep track yourself and come in and pick up any unsold items. OR just do nothing and we’ll donate them for you. Stop by anytime to pick up a donation reciept for your records.
